Its new A la Carte menu serves Spanish, Greek and Italian dishes. The feature piece is a hand-made brick oven, fired by mango tree wood, where both authentic and innovative pizzas and other Mediterranean dishes are prepared. Risotto, gnocchi, hazel-encrusted salmon, and a wide variety of salads are also available.
